You must be at least 18 years of age to order.
California buyers: a 7.75% sales tax applies, except on tea.
Products usually ship one to two days after payment.

There is a $25 charge for any bounced or canceled checks and canceled credit card authorizations! The purchaser is responsible for all collection charges involved with collecting on bad or canceled credit cards and checks.

Return Policy:

There are no returns on tea or other food items, please note that Sale and Clearance items are a final sale.

You have 30 days from the invoice date to return an item.

There is a 10% or $5 restocking fee (whichever is greater) on all returned items. No returns on food items (tea). Damaged items will be treated as exchanges.

Items that had “free shipping” have a $10 minimum restocking fee. If returned for another item the restocking fee will be waved and difference in price returned but shipping for the new item will be withheld. Shipping is never included on a refund.

All returned items must be in the original condition.

All return requests should be emailed to orders@theteamerchant.net .

All refused packages will get the standard restocking fee and be treated as a Return for credit. Customer is responsible for the shipping and the cost of shipping to TheTeaMerchant.net on all returns. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure a return is packed correctly for safe return to us. Please allow 15 days for credits to be processed.
